We are a dedicated team of doctors, registered nurses, study coordinators and laboratory and administration staff with extensive experience in conducting a wide range of clinical trials.
Participants are at the heart of what we do, and we ensure they are well taken care. Momentum Kapiti relocated in 2024 to a newly renovated and purpose-built larger modern clinic. The facility boasts 4 comfortable and spacious clinic rooms and 2 nurses bays. There’s also ample space for family/whānau to join.
Our clinic has the capability to manage a wide range of studies, from small scale phase Ib to large scale phase IV trials including longer day stays. The clinic has access to approximately 100,000 potential volunteers on the Kāpiti Coast and Horowhenua region, including a large, retired cohort. Kapiti Day Hospital is a 10-minute drive away.
Momentum Kapiti provides a safe and relaxed environment with modern facilities at a beach side location.

Momentum Kapiti is located at 43 Te Moana Road, Waikanae Beach, in a single level wheelchair accessible clinic.
Parking: Plenty of free on-site parking is available.
Getting here: The facility is conveniently accessible by public transport, with bus routes stopping near Te Moana Road. Located within close proximity to the Waikanae and Paraparaumu town centers, the site is easily reachable for those traveling from the Kapiti Coast and surrounding areas.
