Momentum Clinical Research is conducting a clinical research study for adults and adolescents with certain protein-related kidney diseases. The study is evaluating an investigational oral medication to better understand its safety and effects on kidney health. Participation is voluntary, and all study-related care is provided free of charge.

Eligibility Criteria
- Have been diagnosed with FSGS, Minimal Change Disease, Alport Syndrome, or Membranous Nephropathy
- Have ongoing protein in your urine despite standard treatment
- Are aged 18 years or older (adolescents aged 12–17 may be eligible for Minimal Change Disease)
- Other criteria apply

Description
Proteinuric kidney diseases can cause ongoing protein loss in the urine, which may lead to worsening kidney function over time. This study is evaluating an investigational oral medication designed to target pathways involved in kidney filtration. The aim is to better understand the study medication and how it may affect protein levels in the urine.
