Proteinuric kidney diseases can cause ongoing protein loss in the urine, which may lead to worsening kidney function over time. This study is evaluating an investigational oral medication designed to target pathways involved in kidney filtration. The aim is to better understand the study medication and how it may affect protein levels in the urine.
