This is a long-term, event-driven study. Participants will attend regular clinic visits, with the average participation lasting approximately 3 years, depending on when study outcomes are reached

Have established cardiovascular disease and/or chronic kidney disease
Are receiving standard medical care for your condition

Description
Cardiovascular disease and chronic kidney disease are long-term conditions that can significantly impact quality of life and overall health.
This study is for adults with established cardiovascular disease and/or chronic kidney disease who are already receiving standard-of-care medication.
This study is evaluating an investigational oral medication, taken once daily in addition to standard care, to assess its safety and potential effects on major heart and kidney outcomes.
All eligible participants will be compensated for their time and travel costs, and all study-related care is provided free of charge.
