Momentum Clinical Research is inviting adults in good general health aged 18 to 45 to register interest in a healthy volunteer clinical research study.
The potential new medication is being developed as a possible future treatment for psoriasis, a skin condition that can cause red, scaly, itchy patches.
Researchers want to learn more about the study tablet in healthy adults, including its safety, tolerability, and how the medication is processed by the body, before evaluating it in people with psoriasis.

Duration
Participation may last up to about 10 weeks. This includes screening up to 21 days before dosing, a clinic stay from Day -1 to Day 5, and follow-up visits on Day 8, Day 15, Day 22, Day 29, Day 36, and Day 50.
Compensation
Participants are compensated up to $5,250
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify for this study if you:
- Are aged 18 to 45
- Are generally healthy
- Meet the study weight and body mass index requirements
- Are not pregnant or breastfeeding, and are willing to follow pregnancy prevention requirements if they apply
- Can stay at the clinic and attend the required follow-up visits
- Are willing to avoid alcohol, smoking, some foods and drinks, and strenuous exercise during the study period
- Have not recently taken part in another study involving a study drug or medical device

Description
This study is for healthy adult volunteers only. The study medication is being developed as a possible future treatment for psoriasis. Psoriasis is a skin condition that can cause red, scaly, itchy patches and can affect daily life.
In this study, researchers will give healthy volunteers one dose of an investigational tablet or a placebo to learn more about the safety, tolerability, and how the body processes the medication. The study is not yet intended to treat participants with psoriasis.
What to expect
If eligible, participation includes a stay at our research clinic, health checks, taking study tablets or placebo as a single oral dose under fasting conditions, and follow-up visits.
During your stay, accommodation and meals are provided. You will also have access to comfortable participant lounges, Wi-Fi, quiet study and work spaces, and recreational areas to relax and unwind.
Our doctors and nurses will monitor your health during the study.
Taking part is voluntary. A health screening and other criteria apply.
