Dr Kirsten Taylor

Dr. Taylor is a clinical researcher at Momentum Clinical Research Kāpiti. With 3 years of experience in clinical trials, she is dedicated to advancing clinical research and improving patient outcomes.   

Dr. Taylor earned her Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery from the University of Otago in 2012. She has also completed additional training in General Practice and holds certifications in obstetrics and medical gynaecology and paediatrics. Over the years, Dr. Taylor has become particularly passionate about respiratory, dermatology and gynaecology, finding fulfillment in both clinical practice and advancing research.  

Dr. Taylor has successfully completed 3 studies as Principal Investigator (PI) and 15 studies as Sub-Investigator (SI). These studies span various therapeutic areas, including Respiratory, cardiovascular, and renal contributing to significant advancements in clinical research.  

Prior to joining Momentum Kāpiti, Dr. Taylor worked at Raumati Road Surgery, where she gained extensive experience in a wide range of medical conditions in General Practice. 

Outside of clinical work, she enjoys walking her energetic dog along the beach and spending time with her young family.
