Formerly PCRN: As part of the integration of PCRN into Momentum, this content now sits within the Momentum website.
PCRN was formed in 2021 from the merger of two longstanding New Zealand clinical trial organizations. PCRN now unites 9 research sites under a singular mission: delivering healthcare excellence and innovation keeping our partners and participant-cantered approach at the forefront of everything we do. Our newest Auckland site has state of the art facilities specializing in multiphase trials and our additional 8 other sites focus on later-phase research. Having this flexibility and our centralised networked capabilities allows PCRN to stay at the forefront of the global research landscape.
As Rosie emphasised, “People talk about participant led research but turning real data into real solutions for people with real issues is extremely rewarding”. Our commitment to meaningful data transformation is core to our mission, enabling us to deliver valuable results for patients and sponsors alike. Our networked model combines standardized processes and digital tools, including eSource and CTMS systems, enhancing efficiency at every stage—from feasibility and recruitment to monitoring. This approach empowers us to consistently exceed recruitment targets, positioning PCRN as a leader in clinical research excellence throughout the world.
Our partnership with the SCRS and similar forums allows us to collaborate with sponsors, CROs, and other research sites worldwide; creating opportunities to share knowledge and improve our collective global and local impact.
